Red and yellow iron oxide are additional ingredients in the 5 mg tablets.
Zebeta should not be taken in patients with cardiogenic shock, overt heart failure, second or third degree AV block, and marked sinus bradycardia.

Zebeta can cause increased sweating, joint stiffness, dizziness, headache, loss of sensation, dry mouth, slow heart rate, vivid dreams, trouble sleeping, depression, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, bronchospasm, cough, shortness of breath, pharyngitis, rhinitis, sinusitis, upper respiratory infection, weakness, chest pain, fatigue, and peripheral edema.
