Tudorza Pressair (aclidinium bromide) is administered using a multi-dose dry powder inhaler. Tudorza Pressair (aclidinium bromide) is available in either 30 or 60 metered doses. Each puff delivers 400 mcg of aclidinium bromide.

The directions are for oral inhalation: inhale one puff twice a day. 

Ingredients

Each inhalation delivers 400 mcg of Aclidinium bromide, the active ingredient in Tudorza Pressair.

Contraindications

Discuss your allergies with your doctor. You should not use Tudorza Pressair if you are severely allergic to milk proteins.

You should not use Tudorza Pressair if you are allergic to aclidinium bromide or any of the other ingredients in Tudorza Pressair.

Cautions

  • Do not use Tudorza Pressair as a rescue medication.
  • Before starting treatment with Tudorza Pressair, tell your doctor about all the medications you take, including prescription, over-the-counter, herbal supplements, vitamins, and eye drops.

  • Before starting treatment with Tudorza Pressair, tell your doctor if you are breastfeeding or plan to breastfeed.

  • Prostate problems
  • Urinary problems
  • Glaucoma

Side Effects

Like with any medication, Tudorza Pressair can cause side effects. The most common side effects include:

  • Common cold symptoms
  • Cough
  • Headache

  • Breathing problems immediately after using Tudorza Pressair
  • Eye pain, eye discomfort, vision problems, or redness of the eyes
  • Pain when urinating or changes in urination
