A generic drug is a copy of the brand-name drug with the same dosage, safety, strength, quality, consumption method, performance, and intended use. Before generics become available on the market, the generic company must prove it has the same active ingredients as the brand-name drug and works in the same way and in the same amount of time in the body.

Revolution Plus is a topical solution for cats that is available in single dose tubes.
Revolution Plus should be stored at temperatures of 86°F (30°C) or less.
Apply Revolution Plus to dry, intact skin on the back of your cat's neck.
Break the seal by pressing down on the cap of the tube; this will be indicated by a clicking sound. Take the cap off and make sure the tip of the tube is open. Start by parting the fur on the base of your cat's neck in front of the shoulder blades. You should keep parting the fur until skin can be seen. Place the tip of the single dose tube onto the skin. To be sure that all of the liquid solution is applied directly onto the skin, squeeze the tube a few times. Avoid touching the medication. Do not rub or massage the medication into the skin. You should throw away any empty tubes.
The fur around the affected area may become stiff, clumpy, discolored, or a powdery residue may be seen after applying Revolution Plus. These characteristics will go away and the effectiveness of the medication will not be altered.
