The following inactive ingredients are contained in the 300 mg tablets: colloidal silicon dioxide, hypromellose, yellow iron oxide, red iron oxide, black iron oxide, magnesium stearate, methacrylic acid copolymer, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, polyvinyl alcohol, povidone, sodium lauryl sulfate, talc, and titanium dioxide.
The following inactive ingredients are contained in the 600 mg tablets: colloidal silicon dioxide, hypromellose, red iron oxide, magnesium stearate, methacrylic acid copolymer, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, polyvinyl alcohol, povidone, sodium lauryl sulfate, talc, and titanium dioxide.
Oxtellar XR should be avoided in patients with an allergy to eslicarbazepine acetate, oxcarbazepine, or to any of the medication’s other components.
Oxtellar XR side effects include vomiting, dizziness, headache, stomach pain, indigestion, vision problems, weakness, nasopharyngitis, and sinusitis. However, other side effects can occur, so if you develop side effects that are bothersome or persistent, immediately call your doctor.
