What is a Generic Drug?

A generic drug is a copy of the brand-name drug with the same dosage, safety, strength, quality, consumption method, performance, and intended use. Take NicAzel as your doctor has prescribed.

Adults should take one or two tablets by mouth once or twice daily. This supplement can be taken with or without any meal. 


Azerizin, zinc oxide, pyridoxine (vitamin B6), copper (Cupric Oxide), and folic acid are included in each tablet.


  • Before you start taking NicAzel Forte, tell your doctor:
    • If you have any allergies
    • About any the medications you take, including prescription and nonprescription medications, vitamins, and herbal supplements
    • If you have any health conditions
    • If you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant
    • If you are currently breastfeeding or plan to breastfeed
  • Folic acid doses of more than 1 mg per day may mask pernicious anemia.

Side Effects

Some common side effects of NicAzel Forte are an upset stomach, constipation, or diarrhea.
