What is a Generic Drug?

MATULANE (procarbazine) is a prescription medication used to treat certain types of cancer. MATULANE is a chemotherapy drug and should only be used under the close supervision of an oncologist.

MATULANE is indicated to treat Hodgkin lymphomas but can be used off-label to treat CNS tumors, Non-Hodgkin lymphomas, and primary CNS lymphoma. It is used in combination with other medications as part of a standard regimen.

Cautions

MATULANE and other chemotherapy drugs cause bone marrow suppression, which should be monitored throughout treatment.

Do not drink alcohol while taking this medication.

The risk of bleeding is increased while taking MATULANE.
