What is a Generic Drug?

Description

Edarbi is a medication prescribed by healthcare professionals to treat high blood pressure. 

Edarbi belongs to the class of medications called angiotensin II receptor blockers. Angiotensin II is an enzyme responsible for increasing blood pressure throughout the body. Edarbi works by blocking the effects of this molecule and lowering blood pressure.

Directions

The standard dosage of Edarbi is 40 mg by mouth once daily. The dose may be increased to 80 mg once daily if needed for better blood pressure control.

Edarbi can be taken with or without food. Take it at any time of the day.
